Just the thought of a third consecutive loss was all the motivation Woodland Hills’ Harry Randall needed.

“After two losses, we all came into this game with fear on our hearts,” said Randall, who rushed for four touchdowns and added a key interception in the final minutes of Friday night’s 38-23 victory over Quad Central host Bethel Park.

The senior had touchdown runs of 28, 5, 7 and 7 yards.

The Wolverines, who had lost to two ranked opponents, were facing their first 0-3 start since 2007, a season they finished 3-7. In contrast, they were 0-2 to start 2010 but won Week 3 and eventually reached the WPIAL title game. So, this one victory over a quality opponent has lifted their spirits.
