TribLive: Woodland Hills starts quick, routs Plum

Plum received the opening kickoff of Friday’s Quad Central game with Woodland Hills at the Wolvarena.
Zach Kuhn returned the kick 44 yards, but he was hit and fumbled. Jihad Brown recovered the ball for the Wolverines
Two plays into the ensuing Woodland Hills’ drive, senior quarterback Harry Randall scored on a 28-yard run.
The Wolverines were off and running, on the way to a 51-0 win.
“We got a couple breaks on a couple (Plum) miscues early and got our skill kids going,” Woodland Hills head coach George Novak said.
“We saw some good things tonight, but we have to get better.”
