An early Pick 6 wasn’t enough against the Cardinals
The Wolverines took a 6-0 lead on a 56 interception return by Jeffrey Williams, but found themselves down 37-6 before scoring twice in the second half to fight back to a 37-20 deficit. Calvert Hall added another touchdown on a short run in the final minutes of the game.
Williams added another score with a 81 yard run, followed by a two point conversion run by Dante Gant.
Taelen Brooks also ran for a 67 yard touchdown.
The Wolverines open conference play next week at the Wolvarena against Bethel Park.
